Cannonau di Sardegna DOC RISERVA - Nuraghe Crabioni

The colour is ruby red with good intensity, with violet reflections. The aromas are intense, very fine and of good complexity, with strong balsamic, spicy and varietal references. The palate is highly structured, warm, enveloping, soft and savoury, with a fresh and persistent finish. It combines excellently with dishes based on red meats, game, stewed meats and well-matured cheeses.

The prince of Sardinian vines offered in a reserve version. After racking, the wine matures in steel for 12 months, then continues its ageing in oak barrels for a further 9 months before bottling. The grapes, which are grown a few kilometres from the sea, are enriched with iodised and fresh notes that make this wine pleasantly harmonious.

It combines excellently with dishes based on red meats, game, stewed meats and well-matured cheeses.
